My experience includes: 

Writing. I've written on subjects ranging from safaris in Africa to honeymoons in Fiji to canal barging in Burgundy. My work appears in leading national magazines, including Ski, Wine Enthusiast, Modern Bride, Bridal Guide, ForbesLife MountainTime, and other publications. I am also author / contributor to several travel guidebooks, most recently Honeymoon Vacations for Dummies.

Editing. The former travel editor of Modern Bride magazine, I am also founding editor of Specialty Travel Index, the leading publication about adventure travel opportunities worldwide. I have directed writing projects for Hilton Worldwide Resorts, and edited books in the Frommer's guidebook series (Florida, South Pacific, Cruises).

Marketing. My career spans both journalism and marketing / advertising copywriting in industries ranging from travel to cosmetics to rock 'n' roll radio. Not do I write well--I write smart, and understand the interests of my readers. I have an MBA (marketing) from New York University and BA (English and French literature) from Barnard College/Columbia University.
